What you get, even without spending anything
The service is not split into tiers: anyone using only the free boxes has exactly the same tools as someone running ten paid ones. The only difference is how many boxes you can keep online.
Account and free boxes
Free registration and 2 free boxes with no expiry date, each holding up to 50 records. For every record you enter artist, title, sleeve, format and price.
Widget and personal code
The code you paste on your site is included and never changes. From your account area you choose how many boxes to show, up to 10, and the page updates itself without you touching the code again.
Cart and checkout
The showcase is not just a showcase: visitors add records to the cart and complete the order with their own details, without ever leaving your page.
Order management
Every order reaches you by email and stays in the "Orders received" section, with the records ordered, the customer details and the status to update: Pending, Paid, Shipping, Completed or Cancelled.
Your shipping, your payments
You set the shipping costs yourself (flat rate, free above a threshold, bands by item count or by weight) and the methods you accept: PayPal, PostePay, bank transfer and collection in person.
Zero commission
The money goes from the customer straight to you, to your PayPal account, your PostePay or your IBAN. VinileRaro takes no percentage on orders and acts as no middleman.
Extra boxes: what do they cost?
Beyond the 2 free boxes you can create as many as you like: the extra ones become visible to the public once you have chosen and paid for a duration. It is not a subscription and it does not renew itself: when the period ends, you decide whether to renew or let it go. Below, alongside the price, you will find the monthly cost and how much you save compared with the monthly rate.

Prices are per box, VAT included. Each box is paid for separately, so you can keep one active for a year and another only for the month you need it.
How to pay for a box
- You create the box in the "My boxes and records" section.
- You choose the duration from 4 options: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
- You pay with PayPal (card payments too, no account needed).
- Once the payment arrives the box is activated: from that moment you add records and it is visible to the public.
The same button also renews a box that is already active, letting you pick the duration again.
What happens when it expires
- Before the expiry date you receive a reminder email.
- If you do not renew, the box is suspended and no longer appears in your showcase.
- Its contents stay archived for 2 months: renew within that window and you find everything as it was.
- After those 2 months the box and the records inside it are deleted.
- Free boxes never expire and stay online even if you activate nothing.
You can add, edit and delete records at any time, up to the capacity of 50 records and for the whole validity period of the box.

The widget lives inside a web page: if you do not have one, here is how to get it. These are optional services, separate from the cost of the boxes, and they are paid once.
Your site, on your own domain
from 500 € one-off
We design your personal website on a domain of your own, with the showcase built in. The basic site includes:
- About us page
- Find us page
- contact form
- catalogue page with the boxes on sale, still served by VinileRaro
- or a catalogue page with the boxes configurable from your own site, with no limits, at a one-off cost of 300 euro
For just 800 euro you will have your own e-commerce.
The final price depends on what you ask for beyond the basic site: tell us what you need and we will send you a quote.
Cost for hosting (where the pages live) + domain
We can provide a complete hosting package including your domain at a cost of
150 € per year
You will not have to worry about a thing: we take care of the setup and of renewing the domain every year

What you never pay for
- No commission on sales: what you take from your customers stays yours, in full.
